The project reconsiders an existing building with unresolved mass proportions, where conventional façade applications would fall short of creating a strong identity.

Instead of treating the façade as a surface intervention, the proposal operates directly on the mass—introducing voids and depth to correct proportions and enhance spatial clarity.

The façade is defined through a balanced composition of metal and glass, where the selected metal tone becomes a deliberate and defining element in the search for a strong architectural identity.

Through these volumetric and material decisions, the building is redefined beyond its envelope, establishing a clear and powerful presence.
